"If
you plan for a year, plant a seed. If for ten years, plant a tree.
If
for a hundred years, teach the people."
Kuang Chung
Good
communication is essential to the success of any organization. An effective
communication process must include a two-way flow of information. District
information is shared through the Districtwide Student Improvement Council,
the District Diversity Committee, the Superintendent's Parent Advisory
Committee and the Student Advisory Committees. While good news should
be shared, to be truly effective, we must do more that listen to the feedback
we receive -- we must hear what the public is
telling us. Quality Improvement Idea forms are available
at every LCISD campus and a Suggestion Box is located in the entry of
the Brazos Crossing Administration Building. Your comments and concerns
are very important to the LCISD administration.

is published quarterly and mailed to all residents in LCISD.
